This Privacy Policy describes how Vorex ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you visit our website or use our AI-powered missed-call text-back service.

Name and phone number submitted through our demo request form
Business type and contact details
Phone numbers that call our client business lines (callers who initiate contact)
Text message content exchanged with our AI dispatcher

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to demo requests and contact you to schedule a demonstration
Operate the missed-call text-back service on behalf of our business clients
Send automated SMS messages to callers who have missed a call and initiated contact with a client business
Forward lead summaries to the business owner
Improve our service

3. SMS Messaging

    How SMS opt-in works: When a customer calls a Vorex client's business phone number and the call is not answered, our system sends a single automated SMS to that caller. By calling the number, the caller initiates contact and consents to receive a follow-up text from the business. All subsequent SMS exchanges are initiated by the caller's replies. Callers can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
  

For demo requesters who submit their phone number via our website form: by submitting your number you consent to receive SMS messages related to your demo request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With our clients: Lead information collected from callers is shared with the business owner who is our client.
Service providers: We use Twilio to send and receive SMS messages, and Anthropic's API to power our AI responses. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is stored in memory for the duration of an active lead session and is not persisted to a permanent database in our demo service. We retain contact information from demo requests only as long as necessary to fulfill the request.
